4 cities I want to revisit in the US

Greetings! It is yo girl emilia, and today I have a different kind of travel post today. I have have been very fortunate to have been to lots of places. I normally go to some places more than others, but this is a blog post about some cities that I want to revisit. So let's dive in. (all of the photos, except for St. Louis, are from Pinterest)

Washington DC

I don't have a lot of family that lives on the East Coast of the US. I have a 2nd aunt that lives in DC and I was actually the flower girl at her wedding! Anyways, one Spring Break, a ways long time ago, my family went to DC and I had an awesome time walking around the town and seeing all of the US Government buildings and seeing all sorts of cool statues and monuments. I really want to go back to DC during their cherry blossoms blooming season because I just think it would be GORGEOUS. I would like the see the Lincoln Memorial because I didn't see that last time, and because I just think Abe is a pretty good dude.

Las Vegas, Nevada

I know this maybe sounds weird because no one really likes going to Vegas unless you are a 20 year old and you go there to party, but hear me out, I have solid reasons. Some of you may remember that I was in Utah this past Christmas, because my grandparents live there. Well they didn't always live there, for quite a large chunk of my life, they lived in Las Vegas. I have lots of good memories there, that is because there are other things to do there OTHER than go to the Stinky Strip. There are awesome National Parks about a 1hr-2hrs out of the city and you can take great hikes there to see wicked rocks! One of my coolest memories was is that my family would go bowling at cool retro bowling allies in the area.

St. Louis, Missouri

I have been to St. Louis twice. They were both only for a couple of days because my Uncle was going to school there, so it was when he started, and when he graduated. It was still a super cool city. I loved going to the Arch and seeing the whole city from up above. One time when I went up there, the St. Louis Cardinals were in the middle of a baseball game with the Boston Red Socks and I just found it so cool to be able to see the tiny stadium all lit up and filled with people. I would totally go back to explore a little bit more. :)

San Diego, California

I have no memory of visiting this place other than the fact that I went to the zoo and it was raining. When I used to live in Arizona, California was just a short drive away and my family decided to take a trip to San Diego when I was about 4. I have seen lots of cool pictures of the city and place. It looks totally different than Los Angeles and because I spend a lot of time there, I wouldn't mind seeing a different side of coastal California.

Thanks for reading this post! I hope you liked this quick, small post on this peaceful Sunday. I hope you guys have a good week and let me know on my Instagram on what you want me to post more of!

Love,
yo girl emilia
